Information we collect

  • Account details such as email address and display name
  • Authentication identifiers from our sign-in provider
  • Credit wallet balances, purchases, and Advisor usage records
  • Payment-related identifiers from our payment processor (not full card numbers)
  • Inputs, context, and outputs from Advisor sessions, needed to operate the experience
  • Information you submit via support or contact channels
  • Limited product usage data for performance, reliability, and quality improvements

How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the service, including the framework library and Advisor
  • Create and manage accounts, credit balances, and one-time credit purchases
  • Process payments and confirm when credits should be added
  • Respond to support and policy requests
  • Improve product quality and reliability
  • Prevent abuse and protect platform integrity
  • Show advertising where ads are enabled on the site

Data handling and sharing

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. MyFramework does not store full card numbers. We keep limited purchase records so we can grant credits and support billing questions.

Advisor and AI providers

When you use Advisor, we send the prompts and context you provide to third-party AI model providers so the feature can generate a response. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with those providers.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functional. We use Google Analytics to understand site performance. We may display Google AdSense advertising, which can use cookies or similar technologies. Logged-in and logged-out visitors may see ads on framework pages.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with trusted partners that help operate the product, including authentication, payments, hosting, analytics, advertising, and AI model providers.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, and unsubscribe from marketing communication.
