This policy covers the information we collect when you use MyFramework — including the library, your account, prepaid credits, and Advisor — and how we use, share, and protect it.

Information we collect

  • Account details you give us, such as email address and display name
  • Sign-in identifiers from our authentication provider
  • Credit balances, credit purchases, and Advisor usage records
  • Payment identifiers from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • The prompts, context, and outputs from Advisor sessions, which we need to run and support that feature
  • Messages you send through support or contact channels
  • Limited usage data that helps us keep the site reliable and improve quality

How we use information

  • Run the product: the framework library, Advisor, and your account
  • Create and manage your account, credit balance, and one-time credit purchases
  • Process payments and add credits after a purchase is confirmed
  • Reply to support, privacy, and policy requests
  • Improve reliability and product quality
  • Detect abuse and keep the platform safe
  • Show advertising on pages where ads are turned on

Data handling and sharing

Payments

Payments go through Stripe. MyFramework does not store full card numbers. We keep limited purchase records so we can add credits and answer billing questions.

Advisor and AI providers

When you use Advisor, we send the prompts and context you provide to third-party AI model providers so the feature can generate a response. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with those providers.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working. Google Analytics helps us understand traffic. Google AdSense may show ads on framework pages and can use cookies. You may see ads whether or not you are signed in.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what trusted partners need to operate the product — authentication, payments, hosting, analytics, advertising, and AI model providers.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data where the law allows. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email.
