These Terms govern your use of MyFramework, including the framework library, application pages, Advisor, and prepaid credits.

Eligibility and account use

  • You must use MyFramework in compliance with applicable law.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and account activity.
  • You should keep account information accurate and up to date.

Service scope and acceptable use

Service scope

MyFramework may include public framework content, domain/application pages, and interactive guidance such as Advisor. Product features, pricing, and credit consumption may change over time. There is no paid membership tier; logged-in users have the same product capabilities, subject to available credits.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, abusive, or disruptive use of the platform.
  • No unauthorized system or account access attempts.
  • No large-scale scraping or republishing protected content without permission.

Advisor responses are for structured thinking support and do not replace legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Credits and billing

Advisor usage is billed with prepaid credits, not a subscription. New accounts receive a one-time promotional credit grant. Browsing the library and asking an open discovery question remain free. Applying a framework, continuing, refining, or regenerating an analysis consumes credits from your balance. Failed generations are not charged.

Additional credits are sold as one-time packs. Pack prices and credit amounts are shown at checkout. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Credits do not expire in this version of the product. If your balance is too low, paid Advisor actions will not start until you add credits.

Refunds

Credit pack purchases are one-time payments. Unused credits are not automatically refunded. If a charge looks wrong, email contact@myframework.net.

Liability, updates, and contact

MyFramework is provided on an “as is” basis. We may update these Terms over time, and continued use indicates acceptance of updates.
